Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery:

• Free Delivery on orders over R1000. Orders under R1000 incur a R150 delivery fee.
• Delivery Time: 1-4 working days (longer for rural areas). We deliver to your door unless safety risks arise, in which case delivery will be to a nearby collection point.
• Courier: We use trusted local couriers like The Courier Guy.

Returns:

• You have 7 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
• To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, and sale items.
• Exchanges: We recommend returning your item and making a separate purchase for the new one.
• Refunds: If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
